Have used them before always been happy. However purchased $90 worth of flowers got the below. Tried to talk to them about it they weren't interested. Very disappointed.

Have tried this florist a few times and have not been impressed with the service. One of the ladies is nice, the other is often very rude and abrupt and makes me feel like she is doing me a favour by serving me. She was particularly rude the other day, so will take my business else where from now on.

My husband and I have used Fairy Flowers for several years now and have always been impressed with the service! The shop is also lovely and we really like their range of original gifts. We now live in Australia but still call them up if we need flowers delivered in NZ. The flowers are always gorgeous and even though we obviously dont use them as often as we did when we lived in NZ, they still remember us when we do call! They will definately be hearing from us again this Mothers Day :O)

I recently found Fairy Flowers on the internet when I was looking for a florist near my invalid sister's home in Titirangi and phoned from Toronto to place and order. Although I never saw them my sister is still raving over how beautiful the flowers were they delivered to her. She badly needed cheering up and this did the trick! They delievered when they promised and the arrangement was generous in size and beautiful to look at ..I am told. Thank you Fairy Flowers I will be intouch again ! Sheryl M.
