Just ordered flowers for wife's Birthday. As always arrived looking great – Huge brownie points for both me and Wild Poppies.

WIld Poppies did a fantastic job with my order. I ordered a set with a bouquet, wine and cupcakes and the delivery was prompt and seamless. I contacted customer service the day of the delivery and they were polite and assured me everything was on track. When the gift arrived, the bouquet and set looked exactly the same as on the website. The recipient of the gift was very happy!

Worst customer service and professionalism in my regards. My fiancé ordered a birthday cake to be delivered today. Charged $51 including delivery fee, its 7pm, nothing delivered, no calls made, when calling the store the answering machine is full so can't even leave a message, it must be from people leaving messages for all the rest of the undelivered orders. Very disappointed for ruining ones birthday order, got to seek a refund in full if one can get hold of them. Not happy at all and only leaving a review so others watch out for such vendors! Would definitely not recommend.
