This florist spells excellent customer service. I have shopped there for the last 5 years approx and I have not been disappointed. The flowers and the arrangements are very beautiful and long lasting. The flowers smell great. There are also many extras/additional items, like the habd and body creams. The delivery and personal service is superb. That's why I love going back time after time. Thank you Best Blooms.

Thank you Best Blooms for making my mother-in-law's 92nd birthday very special. She really loved sharing her afternoon tea hamper with the ladies at her rest home last Saturday 10th February 2018.

I wanted to say what great Service Philip from Best Blooms offered. He rang me in Australia immediately after i had given a wrong address and refunded my money immediately. This is the honest and great service that should be adhered to all round. Thank you Philip for such professionalism. SRM

Ordered in morning and was delivered mid afternoon. Beautiful choice of colourful plants and the wrapping was superb. I dont send flowers often but I will be using you again.
