Story

The Everleigh is a sister bar to world-renowned Milk & Honey, NYC (now closed), founded by the late Sasha Petraske. Milk & Honey was responsible for the cocktail renaissance of recent years and paved the way for bars internationally.

As a direct descendant of Milk & Honey, The Everleigh is a golden era classic cocktail bar dedicated to warm, attentive, personalised service and quality drinks.

At The Everleigh, we place a huge amount of importance on the customer experience and everything it consists of. What sets us apart is the fact that we want to get to know you. We spend time with each guest to ensure that his or her experience is entirely interactive and engaging.
