The Events Centre, Caloundra is the Sunshine Coast’s premier performing arts and conference centre offering an exciting program of entertainment and cultural events.

The Events Centre is the largest venue on the Sunshine Coast with a flat floor space of 1432sqm which can be used for large trade shows to gala dinners. The Centre can cater for 20 - 1750 delegates, for a broad range of meetings, conferences, exhibitions and other events. Our warm and friendly staff offer outstanding service and will help create an event that will be remembered by all who attend.

We visit often to see artists we love, and the calibre and variety of shows is fabulous. The venue is also magnificent, we always find somewhere to park, and no matter where you sit, the view and sound are excellent. The volunteers do an amazing job making sure everyone gets seated.
It's a lovely venue. I watched Amy Shark here recently here. So big names come here and provide entertainment in this modern theatre. I've come here many times. All positive experiences. Close to the main street of Caloundra, also the library and Caloundra Art Gallery.
The cafe at the Events Centre is amazing. A great variety of hit and cold food or cakes/slices with lots of vegan, GF, DF options. Coffee is great too. Staff are fabulous nThere’s parking under the centre and stairs or a lift up to the cafe. There’s also indoor and outdoor seating. Worth many visits
When you are not permitted to get up and dance near the stage but sit throughout the entire performance the venue is not ideal for rock bands. I feel sorry for the performers who liked the audience to engage in having fun but alas the best that can be done is clap. Encores are not encouraged due to time restrictions.
