Great little bar with a lovely atmosphere and excellent menu - both for food and drinks! Their cocktails are very good and made with care. One small suggestion: if you're going to offer British meals such as Gammon Steak, you should also offer British condiments such as HP sauce and malt vinegar! :
Great Sunday roast! Serving was generous, food was delicious. We had the pork. Sticky date pudding was a real highlight. Gets busy so you need to book. Pub itself has a very authentic English feel to it.
Great atmosphere, food and staff! With an added secret location it was just perfect for my English partners birthday lunch. I even had a vegetarian option that was delicious! Thank you
Tucked away in a back alley just off Clarence St, this small bar is in the style of a London pub with cosy seating and a small outdoor area. Beers and ciders are fresh and cold. Gets popular on Friday nights with the after work crowd, although COVID is keeping numbers down at present. Well worth checking out.
My friend and I had drinks and lunch here and it didnt disappoint. Food is delicious, great selection of drinks and very friendly staff. Sarah was amazing helping us navigate through their drinks list and choosing the best drink. Will definitely come back again
Awesome British style pub with well made cocktails and a good selection of beers. Food is amazing and the staff are always helpful in picking out what you may want to try. The place is well decorated and cosy, perfect for their Sunday roasts or the whisky and scotch egg clubs on Saturdays.
Absolutely stunning service, with such polite people who cannot do enough for you. Came here for boyfriends birthday and had a magical evening. Food was great! Will be coming here again very soon!
