Improvement hint: don't answer the phone with 'hello' followed by silence when a customer calls. I even had to ask if this is the campground number because you lady on the phone didn't say anything for another 5 sec. Also say 'thank you fir your call' at the end of a conversation with a customer. Showing a bit of appreciation for others being interested in your campground might make a big difference. Thanks for reading this.
