Small, oldish, no views from inside the park. BUT, we found it cozy, clean, quiet and a great place to use as a base for touring the area. It also offers a small shop which also supplies hot or cold eat in or take away.

Thank you for a lovely stay.   Small and quiet park.  We walked to most places.  The owners were very helpful and friendly.  Flat grassy site.  Good feed from the shop attached as well.  Bicheno is a lovely town and wish we had of stayed longer.

Friendly helpful owners. Older style park but kept clean and tidy.  No facilities for children eg playground etc.

Terrible experience, Do not stay here! There was a massive space in the camping section where we were camping and told one car only. I had to park my car down the road on the street. Not only that I was unable to just unload my camping gear, I was told I would have to carry from where I parked my car (down the road). We had a puppy as says pet friendly only to be told our dog needed to be tied up at all times., a puppy! 
When we needed a shower found out it was $2 for 5 mins. Not really a caravan park rather a huge back yard. No view or sound of the ocean. Was a horrible experience I would highly suggest trying somewhere else.
