The staff are really professional. Also, they are nice, kind, adorable and friendly. Their binding skill is brilliant. The efficiency is also great, I got the finished product the next day. If you want to make a book especially a hard cover, thick book with much sections, I recommend this store. They sewed each section perfectly!
Second time using the document centre. Order process was simple online. A very helpful gentleman rang me with a query with my order. The thesis arrived beautifully bound, pages and printing is of a very good quality. Delivered via UPS within 3 days. Great service overall.
Honestly, this was a perfect experience. At first I was worried about doing everything online so I went in to speak to Jay at the office/shop.. Jay was super helpful walked me through the online process and to be honest it seems scary at first but really and truly its very simple and the finish product was exactly what I wanted. I had a bespoke book made and I'm so happy with it. Was quick, easy and perfect. I can't praise enough. Thank you! Will be back.
Excellent customer service and perfect silk/gloss print and hardcover bind quality for my custom-sized document. Speedy turnaround time and the end product was exactly what I wanted; it even exceeded my expectations. Slight delivery issue with DPD unfortunately; but everything The Document Centre was in control of was excellent. I look forward to working with this company again for my future printing + binding needs.
Jay and Snorri were so helpful and accommodating. My company had a last minute deadline on some prints and they responded immediately, fit me in, and assisted me in figuring out exactly what I needed. Great customer service, friendly, and quick! We will be using them again.
Superb service for printing and binding. Mark and Jay were very enormously helpful to me in producing a lovely thesis book. They obviously care deeply about their craft and are very accommodating. I would certainly recommend them and visit them again!

Extraordinary! Both Mark and Eamon went out of their way to help me with a very important and time-sensitive order that was rather complicated. They were patient and couldn't have been more gracious. The end result was a beautifully produced product delivered well in advance of the timeframe they committed to. AWESOME
I got my PhD thesis printed here and the result is brilliant. There was an issue and Mark replied instantly and got it resolved super quickly. Really happy and can highly recommend.
