Professional service, fantastic hard working staff who go above and beyond to make sure every item is loaded and unloaded with care and attention. Value for money. Have used Atkins three times now, both for local and interstate moves and would not hesitate to suggest them to others.

I had a wonderful move with Atkins Removals the three staff that moved my furniture were great easy to get along with a very professional. I hope that I will not be moving again but if I ever do I’m definitely using Atkins removals.

Prior to removal, we were assured care and attention would be paramount, however this was not the case. Removalists had little idea how to adequately protect items (and couldn’t care less how they moved them) which resulted in damage not only to our items but also our brand new house! No responsiblity taken and now we are left with the damage at our expense, after spending a fortune on the actual moving costs. Money hungry, extremely rude and arrogant owner, even staff complained they weren’t looked after, which while is unfortunate, is not a good look in regards to professionalism. Don’t be fooled by their assurances, go elsewhere!

Don't use this company to move anything. Couldn't even deliver on time if it depended on it. Terrible customer service and no compensation for the hassle of dropping things off early. Booking 2 weeks prior and setting a drop off date seems to be to hard of a task to complete.
