Worst service on the coast. Few weeks ago we walked in and the corner table at the entrance was reserved empty and the cafe was packed. We asked when it would be available and was told the person wasn't turning up for another 30 min. So we waited and squeezed into another table. The 30 minutes passed and a group of 4 came in and decided they didn't want the table and sat elsewhere. In the time we were waiting there were at least a half dozen other customers walk in and then out. Today my wife and I walked in with my 2 year old in pram and as we went to sit at a table one of the staff trough her apron from across the service area on to it and then came out a minute later and jumped into the bench seat. It surprised me how they would book tables on peak days as it would have cost them income. It also amazing that a chain of cafes doesn't enable thier team members to prioritise customers comfort before their own. As a local and frequent customer I will happily walk past them moving forward as there are far more accommodating cafes in the area.

The service is good and there is a lot of space to sit which is nice. Their menu has a wide variety to choose from. I really like the chocolate thick shake and the chicken, cheese and avocado sandwich from here. Their chocolate cake is nice as well.

I love going to the coffee club. I throught it was good the service is good 😊👍

Nice atmosphere and ok food. Service seemed pushed due to lack of staff hence only giving 3.Stars instead of 4
