I had to leave a review as the service was honestly the best I’ve had. Staff were smiley, fast and very polite. Food was great. Thanks guys keep it up
The team on duty this afternoon was great. Quickly churned out the orders. No mistakes this time round. The Manager on duty was on point, communicating with the team and had a great friendly attitude when handing out the food. Maybe she isn't the manager I don't know, but she should be. Short haired person Good job. Keep it up!
This place is understaffed and over worked. The 2 kids at the counter trying to get the orders done were okish. A could do better could absolutely be applied. However the manager is terrible. The reason the kids are not doing well is he lacks leadership skills. OK it's a fast food joint. And ok it doesn't take a brain surgeon to do the job, but if your not leading your team, if your speaking down to them and insulting them, you're not getting anything out of them.nOh and a kid found a cockroach on her ice cream cone.nSo eat here at your peril
Food same as all McDonalds. But this place needs someone on cleaning. Not the typical McDonalds cleanliness that I've seen in other locations.
Burgers often not very warm or dry patties often lacking salt on frys.nThe Silverdale McDonald's offer much higher quality food, I'd go as far as saying exceptional food the majority of the time.nnConsidering both these McDonald's are owned by the same person, I'd have thought they be as good as one another! Luckily i live right in the middle so unless ordering via Uber eats, I get it from Silverdale.
