Giving this McDonald's 1 star is far too generous. We ordered 1 big Mac & 1 Fillet o fish. They were both chewy & hard, even the buns!. I've never had a burger from anywhere like this, completely gobsmacked. Couldn't return them because the store closed after we ordered. Don't go here, take note of all these terrible reviews!!
Chicken burger pink inside.. Chips mushy soggy and tasteless.. Drunk people shouting and swearing in the store..
Every time we go here it takes ages! Today we wanted milkshakes but after 20min of just standing in the drive through not moving many of us left.nAbsolutely TERRIBLE
Worst McDonalds in New Zealand. Save your money and drive the extra bit to silverdale. Every time we have been to this McDonalds there is always an issue or items missing from order or have to wait almost an hour for mediocre food. Inside restaurant disgusting cleanliness and terrible service from staff at all times, no care at all which shows in service and food.
Really dissapointing. I stop on my weekly pass through and have for two years to grab a cappuccino, recentl though, I thought maybe it was just a off day but they had made it like a instant coffee. Again today it was like a instant coffee, not milky, not foamy. Not even a cocoa sprinkle, I wonder if its a new person lieing on the cv and makes a all for one coffee. Friendly quick ervice but terrible coffee!
