C L O S E T H E M D O W N.. The staff and management is an embarrassment to the franchise. Queues and queues of people waiting for food. We ordered inside. A group of 20 ordering separate meals. Started off okay but then 3 of 5 orders fell off the radar. 45mins for those orders. We waited patiently until the 30min mark hit. The quietest McDs staff - no communication between each other and customers - left people guessing whether their orders were ready as stacks of bags on counters and people not knowing if they could collect.nWe ended up calling peoples numbers to come collect their food.nnFire the team leaders - no leadership or guidance . Lacked any ounce of customer service unless you were drive through.nnNever ever will I come back.. Burger King up the road will now benefit from our $$.nnMinus minus minus every star rating ever.
This was the worst McDonald's I've EVER seen...it was so dirty with general filth and food scraps and rubbish all over the floor/tables and seats. It was very clear it had not been cleaned for a long time. The food didn't taste right either. Definitely some firing and re hiring needed. We feel that we wasted our money.
Went through the drive-thru to get supper for my family, arrived home and all the chips were allover the bag, one burger short and I had to go back. When I get to the store they don't even listen to what I am trying to tell them and once again I arrive home and the two burgers have no sauce on them and old wilted lettuce. I specifically asked for no ice in the drinks and all of them had ice. Also two were the wrong flavours so I paid extra for absolutely nothingnThis is not the first time this happens that the food is a mess and has old lettuce on it. Very sad because I absolutely love McDonald's but this is not acceptable. No pride in what they serve

Went there for a quick meal, 1 item missing from the order, I went back to the counter to get it and 3 staff were there, they were chatting while it was quiet and I'm all good with it, but seriously please just don't show it on your face that I am interrupting your best moment in life... Their expression was literally like I am the one doing wrong things....come on guys, I know it's a fast food layout and maybe it was a tired day but at least some very basic attitude okay? Just don't be so obvious
