I had the mango pavlova frappe. I was asked '3 times' by the franchisee (Stefan) what I was after.....not happy. My wife got her usual xxhot latte which came out at room temperature....and she was not happy. As the waiter cleared our table I nearly wore the previous occupants coffee over me. Maybe try Jamaica Blue around the corner....and no I do not work for them.

At the coffee club at the noosa civic the food was very yummy. However the service was extremely poor. I asked for a plain mango frappe and it ended up being a mango passion fruit smoothie. We told them that im lactose intolerant and i cant have dairy. So with an attitude the worker took it back, and it came back still as mango passion fruit but what we thought was a frappe so i drunk it. Then we left and i man was asking a million questions about it that seemed a bit strange, then i soon found out the it definitely had dairy in it!😵😱 I have been to this coffee club many of times but now think i shouldn't go back!! 😣😠

Thanks for caring more about who said what with my incorrect order, rather than my daughter's health intolerances... she was SO ill 😡 Youre lucky she only has an intolerance rather than an allergy!!! I will be reporting you to the head of The Coffee Club & The Health Commission.... you are too old to act that way Mr..... GROW UP 😡😡😡

Very ordinary, smashed avo ( well hardly any avo, hard poached egg and a lot of empty plate), and beef nacho without beef for $37 with 1 juice. 
You live and learn, don't waste your money, it's a rip off and poor quality.
