Where do I start. Great service from a young girl even though all she said was “muuuur”. The side salad was absolutely delicious best I’ve ever had. Creative and fresh. Wife said she loved her poached eggs. Really liked the vanilla slice you can tell it’s fresh and homemade. Shame they don’t have a Jaffa slice or something. Met a really nice man named Dave there and all the staffed seemed very lovely towards him and towards us. Great experience will be coming back. Would like to know when the staff are on next as it was a great experience.

Not a bad cup of tea and scones but could be so much better. The staff were friendly enough for a Monday and my order came quickly but I was really disappointed to be given a plastic spoon even though I was eating in! Would have been nice for the jam to be served in a reusable pot too rather than a disposable plastic wrapper! Super skimpy serve on the whipped cream too which was a shame because the scone was actually very tasty but without enough cream it made finishing it a bit of a dry mouth challenge 😬 Hoping these guys will take a look at their business practices and make them a lot more sustainable for our environment and cut their use of #needlessplastics!

Coffee is very average however the service is appalling. I ordered my coffee this morning which was a long wait but understandable as it was busy. Once my coffee was ready and when I went to pick it up from the counter, the barista yelled out another customers name and gave the wrong coffee to him. Then after reviewing the other coffee on the table she realised that she had given the wrong coffee to the other customer then yelled him back took the coffee from his hand gave that to me and no apologies or even concern of what if he had drank my coffee. Very poor service and lesson is make your own coffee or buy it somewhere else.

Rude. Extremely rude. Over priced crappy coffee. Mango smoothie was foul. Father in law was given an expired beer. When we told them that the beer was expired they said beer doesn't expire so we pointed out the expiration date on the bottle. Was given another one..... that was expired.

Need to train staff on prices. Charged more for coffee than advertised. The staff member just shrugged her shoulders about the price and I showed the sign that said the price. Won't be going back as coffee was cold when it arrived😠
