Ordered and paid for a pie and took 20 minutes of waiting before my son got it while the girl stuffed around behind counter not doing anything. Use your brain next time! Could have put the pie in the bag and handed it over within 10 seconds of paying! I had to walk away as I was close to causing a scene I was so angry 😡

Paid $4 for a cappucino which was scolding hot......definitely not appropriate trained barista temperature. Asked her to remake and received a tepid coffee that was cold and proceeded to throw it in the bin. disgraceful coffee today. Staff were busy ignoring client....was not busy. I will never go here again

Waited 20 mins for a muffin and milkshake and when I finally got it, the muffin had been nuc'd in the microwave to a point beyond its capacity to hold its integrity and the milkshake had virtually no chocolate - very disappointing! 😖
