Best customer service, staff are very kind, compassionate and efficient, they serve fast, tasty and healthy food, always busy and with good reason this is the best coffee club I've ever been to and the baristas make excellent tasting coffee and the chef's make delicious mouth watering food. Highly recommended.

When you order a Mocha and get a Hot Chocolate and ask for it to get fixed and told that we would have to pay for it because coffee is extra even though we paid for a Mocha in the firsr place

The staff are friendly and table service is prompt. But, for a dedicated coffee outlet the coffee was not up to barista standard. Burnt bitter coffee is not good. For this reason I have rated The Coffee Club just "OK". Hopefully our experience was just a new person on the machine, for the sake of other people's taste buds.
