The pizza is always tasty but the service is clumsy. The food is quite expensive for what it is. We've gotten take away a few times recently. Last time we had to wait because they forgot our chips and then the pizza went cold. This time we ordered pizza, kids chips and nuggets, and a large chips. They seemed to forget our large chips again and said they were in the packet with the kids chips and nuggets. It quite obviously wasn't and we were left with a small box of chips and nuggets that apparently were $17 worth! I'd obviously been lied to and I hate that. Last time we had a similar order we got a second box of large chips. I wouldn't recommend going to somewhere with this dishonest behaviour.

Hands down, one of the worst restaurants I've come across on the Sunshine Coast. I didn't think food like this still existed - the "ribs" ($28 for 3 bones worth of ribs, not even a quarter of a rack!), were covered in too much sauce to the point that you had to scrape it off before eating it and even then, was way too sweet, sickly even. And if you could see past that, were somehow dry, overcooked and tough. I honestly was disappointed that there was so little for $28.00 but after trying to eat a few fork fulls, couldn't convince myself to continue eating anyway. So, no loss there, apparently. The pizza was burnt on top, undercooked underneath. Covered in grease. Way too much cheese (who knew that was a thing?!), but sadly the cheese was hard, heavy cheese, not good quality mozzarella. Sickly sweet yet acidic tomato sauce and hardly any pepperoni on a pepperoni pizza. Honestly, Domino's do a better pizza. How is that possible?!?! And lastly, the chicken parmigiana. Dry, deep fried parmigiana that was left in a deep fryer too long. Then pre-shredded, fake tasting ham (like shredded ham out of a bag), was chucked on top with some pasta sauce (tasted like dolmio?!), with more heavy, cheap cheese on top. Dry, unappetizing, not even naked or cooked like a traditional parmigiana. Where's the love?! For $60 for three meals to share between two people .... You'd expect to at least find one decent meal. But all three were terrible. And all simple dishes. I'd hate to think how bad the other dishes they offer are. Close your doors. You shouldn't be cooking "food". Couldn't even finish a whole dish between two people and we both still somehow feel sick. Disgusting and seriously disappointing.

Terrible experience. Ordered kids pizzas and was not happy to see both were burnt. Got large pizza order wrong...ordered a tandoori chicken and got a Spartacus instead. Rude owner/Manager Cherie on the phone who couldnt be bothered to offer an apology. Was more concerned with defending the temperature on their ovens! Never again!
