I have always had my coffee exactly how I ordered it, service friendly and fairly prompt. I have only eaten snack foods here but the food was satisfactory

Poor service, I sat down at table with crockery on it was eventually collected but the table was not wiped. Waited over twenty minutes for the meal , chips were dried out and batter on the fish was so hard I had difficulty cutting it. The fish inside was not bad. Left without finishing meal to get some edible food elsewhere .

Went there this morning waited half hour for coffee, was told the order was not placed but no refund offered.
