All Coffee Club cafes have a nice, sometimes even cosy atmosphere. But I'm only going to give 2 stars because they do not make great coffee and the options on their menu have become just typical chain store fast food. It's just another chain store nowadays and one that happens they lose something.

Worst customer service I’ve seen in a while, actually astonished me. The lady that served my mates girlfriend and I was excessively passive aggressive with her interaction, mostly with my mates girl. Avoided eye contact, originally was refusing to get water out of the fridge because she didn’t believe that there was no water at the water station and completely avoided acknowledging when asked for another set of cutlery, and after casually writing something in her own time got a set of cutlery for my mates girl. May not sound significant on paper, but this was a very uncomfortable experience for us.

Served by Megan at the register, she was very rude, acted exasperated by my basic requests, and was extremely passive aggressive when answering them. It made my overall ordering and dining experience uncomfortable and I will not be returning, nor recommending the dfo coffee club to anyone.

Brilliant staff, food cooked to perfection and coffee is die for. Most likely the best coffee club in Cairns and best staffed especially Nick bloody mad dog. 10/10 IGN would eat again
