Really unhappy with the service, meal times and number of mistakes made in such a simple order. As a hospitality worker I understand that mistakes happen, no worries. But fixing them promptly and nicely is all part of the job. I believe that your meals are VERY overpriced for the quality and your staff could do with a lesson in efficiency.

ordered a ham salad sandwich with egg and some smart arse fried a egg on put it on, had very little salad. Was very disappointed some onion, carrot and beetroot and cucumber added to the salad would have been nice, considering the price you charged. Also got a mugachino ...... would have been better if it was a bit hotter. Also had to ask for some sugar, none on the table and none came with the coffee

Wanted to order something for me and feed my baby,they sent me off to the parents room. Not coming back!

Very disappointed. Went there to drink a cup of tea. They didn't even ask what tea I would like and gave me a pot of English breakfast tea WITHOUT milk?!?!. And there was no sugar on the table. So I went to get some. After a few minutes, one gentleman came and took the sugar away. Very rude and bad tea.
