the rudeness of your staff is beyond a joke telling us we didn't buy our drinks from them we were not to sit at their tables to eat their food. coffee club must be rolling in money to turn away customers who was spending over $25 never go back to them again

Bad service!! My mom was drinking a boost, and my father went in to get a cup of coffee to drink it there, so they wouldn’t let my mum in. The manager came and said: ohh you can’t drink your boost here. My father got upset from the service and told her that he doesn’t want his coffee anymore and that he wants his money back. She came and put tre money impolitely on the table and said : Get out of my shop, both of you. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Really poor service, I am a big fan off coffee club and it has completely turned me off ever going back to another coffee club again. Such a shame.

Reasonable priced coffee shop in the Cairns shopping centre. Staff are quick to clean up after and very freindly and polite. Food and coffee had been great and day to day the eggs benny has been similiar quality each time.
