The pastries and cakes here are lovely. I took away a Citrus Tart, Carrot Cake, Mud Cake, and a New York Cheese Cake and they were all scrumptious. The staff were kind and polite and packaged my cakes/tart with care.Food: 5/5
Today's experience at Coffee Club Casey Central was none other than extraordinary!!! The service was impeccable. The waitress Isa and Manager Monique went above and beyond to make our experience awesome; from the massive iced chai latte to the wonderful All Day Breakfast meal for lunch . We could not be more satisfied with the quality of the food, or presentation. Thank you so much, we really appreciated your magnificent customer service!!!
Staff are freindly, contactless ordering is available at each table. Food is delicious and coffee great with plenty of optional extras to add. The Mocha with caramel syrup and marshmallows was amazing.
Nice iced coffee. The whiting with chips and salad was good too. Pleasant and courteous staff.
Enjoyed the coffee! A little foamy but still a great flavour. Also got the breakfast bruschetta. Yum!!!
Poor communication, took 40 minutes for chips for a child. I ended up getting a refund as the bought they wrong food out after all this time. A change of owners and now it lacks quality service. Used to be great.
I had a mango and passion fruit smoothie. Ok. The staff were lovely BUT this place is looking run down. The covers of the bench seats are badly damaged and very uncomfortable to sit on particularly if you don't have jeans on. Bringing the whole place down to looking shabby.Food: 3/5
Extremely poor service. Waited 45 mins to get simple eggs on toast. And when the eggs showed up they were dry and not edible at all. Poor service and sad food. Love going to the coffee club chain but will not be back to this one!
Sorry but I will never forget getting turned away from ordering because I refuse to show them a tick. I am all for supporting small businesses but not those that operate in such a manner, plus the coffee at coffee club is nothing special.Food: 2/5
Customer service was acceptable, food unfortunately was not as expected, calamari flavours were nice but chewy to the point of not being able to be swallowed, cheese burger had the cheese on top of the salad not on top of the patty, the texture a flavour of the meat was less than acceptable, fish and chips was very delicious, the place was clean and appealing to the eye, an extra improvement would help to make the difference
