Service had dropped dramatically. 
Sat down at table and 2 servers past our table 3 times each without even offering menu. 
We used to eat every weekend or so.
But with the service the way it is now i think we will go elseware. A shame as when the Irish guy was there the place was great.

Yummy pretty food, fab service, funky fit-out and super friendly staff. I have never been a "regular" anywhere before, I tend to jump around, until I found this place. Now I go every week and I love every minute I am there. The new owner is stellar too :) And if for no other reason, visit and meet Emerald the waitress, she is lovely.

we were supposed to go here for lunch today.but my 19months girl  was so hungry so we sat down on one of their table outside. I ask for a straw on one of their staff she looks like to be the manager I think! before I even ask she start telling me off that we can't sit in their tables unless we eat in! she just sounds so rude and judge us straight away that we were only using their facility and not actually going to eat in.  I told her that we will feed my daughter first and I  we will order when she settled. but thats not a very good way to approach a customer right??  and I would not spend my money to have lunch to a place where they have a very bad customer service to start with! so we left and just eaten somewhere else in the middle of my daughters lunch..

It was not busy yet the service was very ordinary, had to go and ask where our last meal was (5 dining) as the other 4 had finished already. Got told it was coming only for waitress coming over 5 minutes later asking what meal we were waiting on?.  Plates not cleared from table. No second request for any other drinks. Had to go and ask again for a kids sundae as it was not delivered. Worst margarita ever had. Staff apologetic but will not go there again. When we got the food, it was okay, 3 of 5 of us enjoyed it.

The cook here really needs to learn that you can't serve pink chicken! Thank goodness I asked the waitress if the chicken was thigh or breast when I was about half way through my meal otherwise I would probably be in hospital right now. Hopefully the chicken I ate was cooked enough to not get food poisoning, but only time will tell. When the waitress came back she said the chef can cook the chicken a bit more for me. No, that's not what you do. You take the meal away and serve a new one. I have worked in hospitality for many years, you don't mess with chicken! Any way they brought my meal out again minus the chicken and offered me a free drink, despite the fact that I already had a full glass. Not good enough.
