I went to this place to have a nice lunch but it turned out to be the opposite. The customer service was bad, no one asked what we wanted after 5 mins. I asked for a burger (be in mind it was on the menu and said it was available) to be told that it was sold out.  I would've thought there at least would've been a mention of N/A. I then asked for a focaccia to then be told again it was sold out. By this point I was frustrated because again it wasn't labeled as N/A like the other items had. I ordered a wrap with no mayo before all this had happened. Since this had happened, I asked for a refund and they refused. I then waited for my wrap for it to be in a french roll, cold and it had mayo (I specifically said no mayo). He then gives me a refund after that, but he and his co-worker were laughing at us. I don't think that was a laughing matter as I asked for 3 items and they all turned out to be a disaster. Definitely don't recommend this place.
