Use to be the best bank in New Zealand, they would bend over backwards to help.  Now it is just another bank with to many rules that if you dont fit inside their little box they are unwilling to do anything..  Oh this bank is getting worse.  Again I have just tried to give them another chance and they have absolutely gone mad at this bank!! I ask them to provide me the regulations relating to answer they gave me relating to a home loan, not only could they not provide it it was totally different to what the Reserve bank criteria was!!! Do not even consider using this bank!

Used to be the best bank ever. Sadly its gone the way of the big Australian banks. Really sad.

Polite and pleasant staff - but be prepared for a long wait if the customer/s in front have anything more than simple transactions. Usually only one teller on duty.
