Always very helpful staff no matter what problem you have or how long it takes to fix it. All staff are very polite and curtious. Nothing is a trouble to them.
Good professional advice. Good to have another bank in a small town as adds abit of competition. Also having a range of banks they all have different strengths and points of difference which is great for their customers.

Went there for an interview to join this bank,had an appointment for 1000am, this lady finally came out at 1012am , she took all my details, I had everything the lady I spoke to on the phone asked for, a couple of days later she asked me for more information, I then tryed to ring her 3 times only on the 3rd call did she return my call ,then she asked me for more info , then I gave up .
