Having read reviews below, I personally have had none of the issues experienced. Great new store, really friendly staff. I'm always keen on a decent price for some board games.  Perhaps there is Co-Op management issues at a broader level, but I have pretty high customer service standards and these guys at this store were great.

It's basically what you would expect from a university bookshop: overpriced. The worst part, however, was the rude staff. I went as a first year student looking for two textbooks and when the lady told me that they weren't in stock, I decided that I would buy them online. But the lady who served me kept pushing me to sign up for an annual 20 dollar membership. When I said "no thanks" she responded with "oh okay that's fine you just lose out on all the deals and money you get off, that's cool", in a really sarcastic way. That was on my first day of uni and I am never going back. I saved money and my time from being further made a fool of by buying on line.

Terrible customer service through coop online, it's been 15 days and still have not received my textbook and have not received even so much as a response to my enquires. I am now asking for my money back and still no response or textbook. Not good enough. Don't purchase from coop if in need of a textbook within a month. Haven't visited the store personally so cannot comment on store employees.

Terribly bad. I was not able to receive my textbooks on time it has already been 10 days and I wanted to visit the co-op bookshop to buy a few things yesterday and today BUT THEY ARE CLOSED DURING THEIR OPEN HOURS! I'm very frustrated that I've wasted my time to visit the place during their opening hours TWICE and it was closed.

Horrendous.  Slow, bad customer service, inability to send books to the correct address, and worst of all, once you are one their mailing list - it doesn't matter how much you unsubscribe - they keep sending the spam. Avoid. if I could give it 0 stars I would, but seems like 1 is the lowest possible score

Good shopping place but does not stock a huge variety of books unfortunately.

Lovely shop. Can get regular stationary and books. Books are sometimes on surprise sale!

The phone number listed is never switched on, making it hard to find out details about orders that students are waiting for. I get that this is a university, but not everyone should be as slack as others.

Bloody useless, it's seems profits are more important then people getting there books to correct addresses, and customer service to resolve issues are tragic

Good helpful service, I checked all the prices against booko and with the membership they were extremely competitive.
