I would rate the pavlova I brought yesterday a zero. But I would not be that mean. The sales lass asked if I would like the one that was three to four days old. I said NO, that it was for a Birthday for tonight.(last night). The girl said can you come back in 10-15 minutes to decorate it. When I went back she still said it wasn't ready. Paid for it. Left. When the time came to cut the pavlova, THE MERINGUE ON THE OUTSIDE WAS LIKE CONCRETE!! THE CREME ON TOP WAS YELLOW!! And most of it was throw out. The only edible thing was the inside white r. Did the sales lass play the trick of removing the old one from the display, replace it with a fresh and give the old one to me. Oldest trick in the book. Should never leave the store if you want a fresh one. Take note. .. Not coming to this store again. Possibly only to complain.

Great to have a Cheesecake Shop in Rowville. They ain't cheap, yet they're nice.
