Excellent place to visit for inspiration about sustainable home design.  Seeing the finished homes and others under construction is much better than looking at drawings. Also amazed at the generosity of the people we meet - always ready to take the time to share what they're doing and answer questions.

An exemplar of sustainable community minded development. Well considered designs with an emphasis on patient low-impact living. The community gardens, wetlands, shared spaces right next to beautiful beaches.

The Cape is one of the best designed sustainable communities in Australia. Energy efficient houses, solar power, community gardens, restored habitat, paths that lead to beautiful surf and swimming beaches, parks and open space.
