I called for an enquiry for a shed design and the very rude and angry sales person made me feel uncomfortable with his " I am the boss and you know nothing attitude". I did make a mistake calling as I did not get any help at all, but attitude from the person on the other end. I did call their competition and got all my answers attended to with accuracy and care about my project. Glad I did not choose totalspan for my project.
Great job building my shed, no hassles what so ever
Friendly easy to deal with Not pushy and prepared to give as much or as little information as required
