South Gippsland Air Conditioning in Wonthaggi have installed a couple of air conditioners in our home in Inverloch and we have always been happy with the products they recommended and the installation. However, for us it is the after sales service that defines Excellent Service. Not all companies provide that, S.G Air did. At the last minute we decided to keep an air conditioner that was in a house due for demolition.  Unfortunately this decision came shortly before the demolishers were due to move in. Dave in the Wonthaggi office was supportive from the start.  Even with the short lead time I was confident he could make it happen and he did. The technician Paul fitted us in on a busy day and took the unit down without fuss.  I don’t believe that “lack of planning on my part should constitute an emergency on a businesses part” but in this case South Gippsland Air Conditioning starred. Thank you gentlemen.

Dave Chiavaroli was most helpful and obliging. Installation was ahead of schedule and completed with excellent workmanship. Thanks heaps.

I would highly recommend them as they were excellent people to deal with. They were very reliable and friendly. They did a fantastic job of installing my central heating.
