I wouldn't bother, Our coldon home is now about 5 years old. When we signed up we had to pay an extra 10k as we live on the Mornington Peninsula, we thought this would be to cover the cost of their contractors travel. This did not appear to be the case as Coldon just hired unknown contractors to do the job. We ended up with crooked gutters, door handles that only open upwards, a front door that jams, a hole bashed in the floor with a hammer to let the bath plumbing thru which allowed rats ingress, outside drain hole never covered, a whole roof line of roofing nails missing the timber and screwing into nothing. There was nothing wrong with the design of the house, just the company who was in control of building it. I wouldn't use them again.

Less than 1 star ! We waited for 20 minutes for it to open , no one showed so we left
