I regularly put in my work shirts & suits before work and they always manage to turn them over within the day and ready by the end of the day. The location and their drive through driveway make it easy to drop off and pick up and is very convenient for when I have to do other chores in the area. Been a customer for almost four years now and never had a bad experience with them. The staff are friendly and always up for a chat on the odd occasion when there's not a stream of other customers. Would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice stuff really helping same day service drive through option which really time saving experience dry cleaners highly recommended 7 days service as well.👍

I would NOT recommend the "Butler" if you want all of your items returned to you and if you do not want to have a fight with the owner for failing to provide this standard service that should be common within the dry cleaning industry. I actually would like to give zero stars as the butler is not even worth 1! I will never get my belt back but I can write this review so other people know the risk of putting their clothes in with your company - make sure you stand close to the security cameras people!! My text message acceptance of defeat is below. Hello we have looked at the security footage and, like your footage, as the belt is black on a black jacket it is not easy to distinguish. I hope you are still looking for the belt and not just looking to relinquish any blame or fault. I know that you and your staff would not deliberately misplace a customers item and I do understand how this could happen with over 5000 items coming through weekly. I am very upset at how I was treated - I know my item and I know that belt has never been removed from that jacket, nor could it fall off easily. It would be nice to have been treated with a little compassion considering I was upset that my jacket was now missing a piece that I thought added style to my outfits. A situation that should have been literally business as usual has been made into a disaster with you not only losing my belt but also fighting with me over something I know as fact. I know that I am telling the truth and that you have no idea (as you were not there!) yet are fighting to be in the right. I feel sad that you have to go to sleep each night knowing that you as a person, in your career, has developed a personality where you fight to preserve your name rather than admit that something may have gone. You may have saved $100 on not replacing a jacket but at what expense to yourself if you are lying and scheming and bullying customers to save this minuscule amount of cash. I hope one day you accept the blame for your poor business practices and simply say sorry, we made a mistake.

My suit jacket fell into the suit bag, and was crumpled up and desperate it as I needed that afternoon. I arrived at 8am needing my jacket to be pressed. Hoping it to be finished early afternoon. The owner asked if I had 5 minutes... "I'll press it now". Sure enough, 5 minutes later he hands me my jacket and says "this one is on me" Very happy customer, definitely returning here when I need my dry cleaning done.
