They couldn't remove a stain from my stain for the second time, and just left a note 'that's the best we could do', and said I won't charge you!! When I asked that why you didn't contact me to let me know that you are not sure you can remove the stain, she said your number was wrong and said next time try another dry cleaner!! very rude, it was a very expensive dress and even the last one was an expensive jacket... when a dry cleaner can't remove the stain so what's the point??!!
