Staff seemed uninterested. On phone still on reaching the counter. Unable to identify a fabric, which is OK, but didn't understand the difference between a weave (such as chiffon) and a material (such as rayon). Didn't sell dyes; "we don't do that stuff anymore". I don't know if it's universal, but dry cleaning in this instance seems to have become an unskilled mono-business.
