Sorry but this was the worst lash lift I've ever had. A new girl served me as before I've had Natalie who did a great job. The new girl took one hour to make no difference to my lashes aside from a handful of lashes on my left eye that took the curl. Result? Looks a bloody mess! Right before my holiday too. Also the girl did not speak once during the hour, seemed to have trouble with the whole process and forgot she left wax on my face until I asked her to take it off. Was offered the chance to revisit but honestly, I didn't want more chemicals on my lashes or the chance they'd look worse. Will not be back. Suggest use Natalie if you visit.

The service is ok but I’ve now had 3 appointments cancelled on the day or day prior due to an employee being sick. When you book an appointment in advance, you should be able to expect it to occur. Very disappointing.

Don't waste your time. Terrible job with my eye brows - really felt like the girl doing them had no idea what she was doing. $66 for a 10 minute job. I've been to the South Yarra store in Melbourne & it was much more professional - all the girls there are trained properly

Firstly, 10 stars for the customer service. I arrived at the salon today, not realising that I had booked my appointment online at a wrong Brow Bar! Nonetheless, they welcomed me and made an appointment on spot. Plus, I am very happy with the result :)

The BEST brow shape I have ever had! So professional and clearly know what they are doing. My brows were shaped & tinted to how I requested and I couldn't be happier with the result. Thank you!
