I have been associated with  Brad Robins and his Legal Team for approx. 25 years for all my business and personal legal requirements. They have always been, and still are very professional, as well as being expedient, extremely courteous and prompt. Highly recommend them.

We used these guys for what should have been simple conveyancing work as we were out of town at the time and thought a law firm would be better than a conveyancer if anything went awry. They used a para-legal who was very slow and uncommunicative. She made multiple errors - mainly simple things such as incorrect dates and miscalculating stamp duty and did not procure search documents in a timely manner. Despite numerous apologies and excuses about being overworked (she also told us she was studying at the time) it is not really good enough especially given the exorbitant fees law firms such as believe they are entitled too. While empathetic to her plight the partners of this firm really should have sufficient qualified staff. Overall the whole experience was terrible and we would not use them again nor recommend them to others.
