Burger place in Lorne. I enjoyed the fries as they were served hot and crispy. Other than that, the burger were not bad, some were juicier than the others though. What I particularly enjoyed was the peanut butter milkshake and would definitely recommend that if you like peanut butter. It was nice that they could accommodate us as a group of 5 people at an odd timing so great work and will visit again in the future!
Recently we were staying in a motel at Lorne, and had visited The Bottle of Milk for a quick breakfast. A regular good breakfast place with good quality of the food and good atmosphere. The smashed avocado was absolutely delicious, and it was served on perfectly toasted bread. The outside sitting arrangement was lovely. The service was good, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, I had a wonderful dining experience at The Bottle of Milk and would recommend it to anyone looking for breakfast place.
Had good time here. Lorne is lovely and was even better having good food there too. Benedict burger is hard to eat keeping nice and clean but taste was great. Goat cheese stuffed mushroom was worth, flavor of mushroom was greatly merging, melting down with goat cheese and others too
We planned a road trip for Great Ocean Road and decided to make this cafe our 1st stop where we will fuel up for the rest of the day. The crew were friendly and helpful. Cafe is very clean and has a lively ambiance. The menu was simple yet has a good selection for meat and non-meat eater. Smashed avocado was prefect with the feta cheeses and add-on poached egg. Love the oat milk latte. My friend ate Big Brekkie - bacon and sausage were nicely done while the hash brown was a little on the soft side would love for it to be crispier. Another girlfriend ate Bacon and Egg Roll which was on point. The bacon was nicely fried and has a nice chew.
Some really good vegetarian options, and great range for both breakfast/lunch and dinner. Veggie burger was delicious and service was so quick! I will say the granola bowl was lacking in both fruit and yogurt making it quite dry only one strawberry in the whole bowl! Also no spinach with the vegetarian brekky. But still a great place
When we have day off together. We EAT had the grandmaster and I got their fire engine. We also got a side of chips and I tried their vanilla malt shake. The burgers are HUGE! Patty a bit dry to our surprise. LOVE their chips and tomato relish YUM! Crispy on the outside, soft and hot on the inside #justthewaywelikeit And the shake was nice too! Not overly sweet. #bulgogi_n_rendang
The burgers are overcooked and bun was very dry. We ordered brioche bun assuming it would be better but it was still dry. 2 stars for good service and ambiance.
A cute burger place in a cute neighbourhood that we visited on our drive over to Apollo Bay. Had the vegan burgers here and they were really impressive ! Portion sizes were great too !! Parking: Parking available outside the restaurant for the whole stretch of shops there
Stopped by for breaky. Best burgers in Lorne. Both the Cold Shower pictured and B&E Roll were terrific. Always make an effort to visit whenever we’re in Lorne.
