I love the products for skincare and makeup at Body shop. The products are effective and serve the purpose for what they are designed for. The customer service is top notch. The sales staff recommend you the products based on the questions you ask and the skin type you have. Affordable prices for most of the products.

Beware of the liar - Chatswood Westtfield branch

The wife says this is a decent brand. I take her word for it, hence the two stars. However, beware of a saleswoman who will lie and give you wrong information.
I bought a gift box on full price yesterday. The saleswoman; Anita; was adamant that no exchanges or refunds allowed in case of change of mind, even if the item was not used. Although I raised with her a number of queries regarding this policy, she retained her stance that all sales are final. 
After the purchase, I raised this refund/exchange query with the brand Customer Service representative; Karen; whom in turn contacted the store manager; Sarah; to clarify why I was given wrong information and contain the situation. Both are professional women, and know what they can and cannot do. 
Today, I went back to the store and they (a different saleswoman) were happy to exchange the item for me.
