The space at the Body Method is absolutely dreamy. Myself and two friends joined a yoga class on the opening weekend and could not have been more impressed. The space, the energy and the teacher, Rhys, were all extremely welcoming and we just had the best time! will be booking in for regular classes !!

Fantastic space to workout and rest the mind in, great instructors, clear, enjoyable and friendly, very helpful for body injuries as well, and just an awesome vibe. I loved today meditation class with Iveta.
