Nice and professional. Over my last 18 years I had problem with my leg and I saw many doctors and physiotherapists and no one can provide professional treatments as Jennifer. After seeing multiple chiropractors, doctors and naturopaths for a specific jaw issue, Jennifer was the only one able to fix it, completely! Couldn't be happier with her service and would recommend Hargreaves Physiotherapy to anyone.

Jennifer Hargreaves got me walking after a knee accident, through her I walk ! I had MRI seen a specialist who wanted to get into my knee and clean it up, but said I would never walk again. Before I came across Jennifer Hargreaves, I was wheelchair bound for three months.I am at the fernwood gym five days a week, I am 68 years old feeling great!!

I went to see Jennifer when I noticed swelling and stiffness in my hip/buttock area and although Jennifer eased my symptoms and took the time to talk to me about my personal life and explore reasons as to why I had my injury, I found her to be short, impatient and demanding at times. I had probably around 8 to 10 sessions with her before I got a second opinion from another physio even though she specifically asked me "not to go anywhere else". The physio I went to for a second opinion immediately refused to see me until I get an MRI as the swelling on my hip/buttock area was not as Jennifer put it "my bone", but something "completely different" that he strongly urged me to find out more about. I had an MRI and was then referred on to the gold coast hospital. As it turns out, it is a tumour that the doctors have deemed to be likely a sarcoma. I have a feeling that Jennifer might still have good intentions however I feel obliged to offer this insight so that as a client you feel more empowered to speak up if you have any uncertainties and always seek a second opinion as it might just buy you more time to what might be a life threatening issue.
