Ray in the bike mechanic is the man. Knows his stuff and is a great bloke who can confidently sort your every need!
Stopped in today to get a tube for my young fellas bike. I didnt catch the name of the chap who served me but he could not have been more helpful. So good to see some real enthusiasm in working, rare to see in the younger generation. Keep it up mate, you will go far.

Kudos to entire staff of TBE! I stopped in the Belmont store and was assisted by Jeff who went out of his way to ensure I found the bike I wanted. James and Sam at the Osborne Park store for being so very attentive and helpful. They had me fitted and ready to ride my new bike in no time at all. They are all very friendly, knowledgeable and ready to assist. Thank guys!
Alex from OP Store was awesome. Recently need parts urgently for a trip away. Ordered parts and got them delivered in required time frame. Followed up once parts where ordered and confirmed on arrival. Good old fashioned customer service that seems to be getting harder to find! No hesitation in recommending them for any of your cycling needs. Thanks Team!
Thanks to the Andrew at the tbe in Osbourne park . I was looking for an XXL mountain bike & he found me one which is perfect &within price range. I know from looking around that that size is quite hard to get hold of but he got one in two days. The guys at the Belmont store helped me out with a minor adjustment too so thanks to Mick and the technicians over there also.
Excellent customer service. Really friendly staff, great products and a fair price. They spent a lot of time helping me find the bike that suited me. I will definitely go back for any further bike products I need.
