I love my Gazelle Orange C7+.  A big part of that is the smooth, indulgent design, workmanship and handling ... but the other part is the exceptional service I receive whenever I arrive at PEBC.  Matt is always polite, able to listen to what I need, interested and helpful.  From puncture repairs (yes, it can happen) to reassurance or advice, Matt's after sales service is 5 star.  Thank you.
