BIG Thanks to Bailey & Lewis for sorting me amazing deals on some premium Shimano reels! And also to Nick. The guys in the fishing section seem to know their stuff and are always keen to help. Cheers guys!! nnp.s. - Hope management gives them some credit.
The workers particularly Cameron followed us around on no basis or precedent, asked if we needed help at which we said we were having a browse and then proceeded to kick us out. But shout out Amy she was so cool and helpful and didn’t profile us. Not impressed with this display of customer service and would like to see action taken on this discrimination injustice to myself and my friends.
The team at Anaconda Innaloo were excellent to deal with.nnI purchased a Dune tent, took it home, and found that it wouldn’t fit on my roof rack. I returned the tent the next day, and the guys helped get it off my car without any hassle.nBig thank you to Luke and the team for all the help. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service from start to finish.
Had an issue with a purchase, contacted the store and right from the outset was made to feel it would be resolved properly! And it certainly was and in a timely manner, very much appreciated. Also must include the Joondalup Anaconda store, for the same helpful service.
Anaconda Innaloo is a great place. It has all the outdoor essentials you need and honestly this could have been higher if not for a fatal mistake. The customer service was extremely disappointing.nnOne day I was trying to swap out my Denali Explore II Hike Tent for the Guide II, and this female Thai worker at the check out counter was giving my dad and I horrible attitude. It was like she didn’t want to even be there. She pointed out all these minor shortcomings and was acting very unprofessionally. Her supervisor was kinder though and he made me understand my mistake. He actually kindly explained the policy that he could only swap the tent if it was brand new due to hygiene concerns. Although I do think this policy is complete rubbish as how was I supposed to know anything about the tent if it was brand new? Anyways, I acknowledged my mistake and accepted it. To be honest, I just wanted/needed a freestanding tent which the Explore II wasn’t.nnThe supervisor in the store at 4pm on a Tuesday was really nice and professional while the Thai checkout worker was acting very stubbornly and unprofessionally.nnAlso, please do not talk about some race, I myself am Chinese so this is not a case of discrimination.nnThank you!
