He went above and beyond to make sure we received the bike fully assembled, safe to operate, and perfect for her age and size.nnSimon provided exceptional customer service from start to finish — patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. His professionalism and attention to detail made the entire experience effortless and enjoyable. This is the difference between good service and truly great service.nnPlease pass on our appreciation to Simon. He is a credit to your team.
Anaconda Innaloo was a pretty disappointing experience. The store layout feels like a bit of a maze, and on top of that, there’s just mess everywhere — products left out, random items in the wrong spots, and aisles that feel cluttered. It makes it hard to find anything without wandering around.nnThe staff came across as a little passive-aggressive at times, not rude but not very welcoming or helpful either when asking simple questions.nnThey also have shelves full of filler items and not much of what people actually want. Everything decent seems to need to be ordered online, which makes you wonder what the point of the store is if the good stuff isn’t stocked.nnOverall, the store has potential, but the layout, mess, staff attitude, and stock issues made it a letdown for me.
The team at Anaconda Innaloo were excellent to deal with.nnI purchased a Dune tent, took it home, and found that it wouldn’t fit on my roof rack. I returned the tent the next day, and the guys helped get it off my car without any hassle.nBig thank you to Luke and the team for all the help. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service from start to finish.
I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the Spiniflex Standard 3x3 Gazebo and Anaconda’s response to my warranty claim.nnI purchased this gazebo approximately one month ago from the Anaconda store in Innaloo, Perth. After only two hours of normal use, one side of the frame bent. The gazebo was set up correctly and used on a normal day with no extreme weather conditions.nnWhen I contacted Anaconda to request a refund or warranty assessment, I was informed that damage caused by weather conditions is not covered. This explanation is unreasonable, as a gazebo is specifically designed and marketed for outdoor use and should withstand normal weather without structural failure.nnIf this product cannot tolerate standard outdoor conditions, it should not be sold as a reliable gazebo. The failure after such minimal use raises serious concerns about its durability and overall quality.nnThis experience has left me highly dissatisfied, both with the product and with the lack of support provided. I would not recommend this gazebo based on my experience.
I ordered 3 items from click and collect but upon collection I was only given 1 item and 2 items were getting delivered. They were in the store but couldn't give to me because I had paid $150 for delivery. I called customer service and they had the wrong delivery address so I changed it with them and received email confirmation. Then received email from Allied express regarding delivery to the wrong address so I contacted them to change address again and received confirmation. Day of delivery the driver called and asked if I was home and I said yes what address are you at. He was at the wrong address so I told him not to deliver and please send back to anaconda. He ignored this and I recieved an email saying parcel delivered. The items were a 75l fridge and camp table worth $1000 plus so I emailed a complaint through the website but I have had no response.nAvoid anaconda at all costs if there customer service is this bad.
