Ridiculously slow service. I understand that everyone is short staffed at moment but I started losing my patience after waiting for 10 minutes as the only customer in line. Both the staff on checkouts were serving other people and tool this entire 10 minutes to serve them, one was a return, I think the other was off looking for a product for the customer. Finally a third staff member came to assist me I was picking up click and collect, couldn't find the product I had ordered and paid for, wandered off to ask someone else, then to top it all off required me to go get my ID out of the car when I had the receipt right in front of me. The whole thing took 20 minutes and it really should have taken less than 5. Just so so so slow !
Nina was absolutely brilliant in pointing me to the right gear I needed for my upcoming trip to Iceland. She was very patient and happy to answer every silly question I had. She made a potentially stressful situation seem like a walk through and for that I am immensely appreciative. Thanks once again for your help Nina :
There is good value on the sale items but unfortunately, the pricing on the sale items didn't match the check out till. We had to take photos to show the correct prices. It was not just one item that was incorrect at checkout.
We had to return a faulty item and it was brilliantly handled. Chris and his team looked after us and made sure we got what we needed. Great service, thanks guys!
Beware buying from Anaconda Online! I know this page is for innaloo anaconda. I have bought online from Anaconda, the item has shipped from Innaloo in the tracking system and there is only one anaconda in the area. The bag arrived with an advertised item missing. The shop is refusing to address the issue although it shipped from their warehouse get in touch with online service team and the online service team is just outright ignoring my request. The original manufacturer confirmed that the loose item is part of the package and its supplier should have provided it. I've also checked it in another retail store and they included missing item in the bag, it was bit more expensive and that's why I bought it from Anaconda.
Went to Innaloo store 3.30pm 8th of August looking for a particular sleeping bag and air mattress. Was served by a young lady named Amy, her knowledge of the products and support was second to none. Friendly, helpful and very polite. The store are very lucky to have her and her parents must be extremely proud. Keep up the great work.
Great store, heaps of stock for pretty much any outdoor activity. Good range of clothes, shoes, hiking boots and specialty outdoor clothing. Heaps of fishing rods, reels and tackle, camping and adventure gear.
We where looking through the shoe section when a staff member named Nina came and helped us look through our selection. We told her what we where going to be doing with the shoes and she gave us help with exactly what shoes we should get and what they should include in order to be useful on our trip. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Maps will take you to the spotlight car parking, but there is a much larger upper carpark. We bought two kids bikes on special, staff were very helpful locating and bringing the items to the front of store.
