I checked online before going to the store to ensure my item was not on the excluded list for returns. However, when I arrived, the staff dismissed me outright, insisting it could not be returned and looking for any flimsy excuse. Before I could respond, the man I was dealing with ran to the back, leaving me standing there.nnI knew they were wrong, as another store accepted the return without issue.nnWith such poor customer service, I will actively avoid this location.
Had one of the best customer experiences at anaconda Innaloo today. Everyone was extremely helpful, especially Darcy in tents. He looked quite busy but took time to come over and help me find the right stuff for my price range. Many thanks to the staff at Anaconda.
I don’t ever leave reviews however I just had such a great experience at this branch. I reluctantly went in to find a pair of sandals for my son with ASD. He can be quite challenging and sasha was just phenomenal when dealing with him. Incredibly patient and kind, nothing was too much trouble. She had an instant solution to every problem that he found due to his sensory issues. My son left the store beaming after this experience. A real gem and a true asset to your company
Fantastic service by Josh today who went above and beyond finding us the last of the stock for a particular tent. Very helpful and did it all with a smile. Great range of products, awesome pricing post-Xmas sales and great service all round.
Went to the Joondalup store the day before where I had the worst customer service experience. What a difference at the Innaloo store! Got help from the most amazing young lady. She did everything she could to assist us with our purchase. Super friendly, super helpful and such quick service.
