Don’t believe the fraudulent 5 star reviews. I waited at a service desk for 20 minutes unable to locate a staff member. I finally found a young man who assisted me for not even 30 seconds and then said “can you leave a good review”, I questioned him as to why I should and was told “my manager told everyone we have to ask and he’ll buy us stuff”. Well here’s your review, I will be reporting this to the ACCC.
Unfortunately I don't know the name of the lovely young lady who looked after me this morning. I was after some pool shoes. She laughingly told me they're also called various names. She directed me to where they were, then when she knew my size, said she knew where the last pair were in my size. They were on special and are perfect for my needs. She was outstanding in her customer service. Thank you

I would like to thank Gavin for his excellent customer service today, he helped me fix my reel lines with patience and craftmanship. I had a pleasant conversation with him. Truly appreciated and will defo coming back.
I checked online before going to the store to ensure my item was not on the excluded list for returns. However, when I arrived, the staff dismissed me outright, insisting it could not be returned and looking for any flimsy excuse. Before I could respond, the man I was dealing with ran to the back, leaving me standing there.nnI knew they were wrong, as another store accepted the return without issue.nnWith such poor customer service, I will actively avoid this location.
