Thank you Mark & Staff.  Yous are truly one in a million.  I received a warm friendly chat when calling.  From there, I got a really good feeling about them & I was right.  I never go to a mechanics without a male friend.  I did this time & that means a lot to me.  I definitely recommend Best Auto.

Five stars not enough for how honest and exceptional Mark and his team are. As a backpacker it is easy for locals to take advantage of foreigners, however The Best Automotive Clinic is the opposite. Mark ensured our newly bought van would travel the length of the North Island and on top of that earned our trust for any future repairs.  Anyone would be lucky to get an appointment at this Auto shop. It really is the "best automotive!"

Words cannot capture how amazing this Auto Shop is and how kind Mark Baker was to us. As backpackers we're wary of being screwed around and Mark was not only helpful, trustworthy and straight forward but he really changed the stigma I held in my mind about mechanics. He led us through step by step which was SO helpful and boosted my confidence at troubleshooting. A million thanks and I cannot review this auto shop high enough.

Thank you so much for helping me to fix a problem that I have had with my car for a long time now! Driving back to Pukekohe today was awesome my car had no noise when accelerating and it was a smooth drive! I would recommend this place to everyone. The lady at reception is really lovely and super friendly, thanks guys I really appreciate it.
