These Barstaff are super helpful and sweet. As an ex bartender, we loved the service all the staff were super nice. I want to especially thank the straight dark hair girl and straight blonde girl the nights of 16-17.12.22. They treated us well all night with big smiles. The curly haired glass boy both nights I saw him- also both nights- SUPER kind and helpful. Thank you for making me and my mate comfy in a place we are not used of entirely. The worst customer experience ever. Firstly, upgrade your security so they understand the basics of fashion and can differentiate track pants from slacks and remove the condescending looks you give people. Secondly, $30 entry fee? What an absolute joke! Where on your website is your entry fee displayed? Lastly, if VIP is $99 and you charge $30 for entry, what's the point?! You're ripping both VIP and GA customers off. That'll be the first and last time I come to your club #sorrynotsorry

Nightclub was okay, security guard at the front almost ruined my night with his big headed attitude. So rude. Good aesthetics in the nightclub and good music.

Wasn’t allowed to enter because of my stylish top lastnight. He said the manager said NO I said where are they? Sec said he walked passed you but no one walked bye when I walked to the door he just asked the other guy at the door & said NO Oh well every other place I went I had NO issues at all. But girls can walk st8 In with hardy any clothing on.

Bedroom nightclub is the best nightclub on the gold coast!! The music is never the same and it’s always different to fit the crowd. The staff members are all amazing. Hosts are so welcoming. The security guards are all lovely and take really good care of you. The djs read the crowd so well and know exactly why music to play. The photographer takes THE best photos! The receptionists are wonderful and always take my jacket &lt;3 bartenders are exceptional and their skills continue to amaze me. So many different drink selections! Waitresses are all beautiful and so fun to have in a booth! Glassys are doing a fantastic job, you can see they work so hard. Management are always so nice and understanding. So if you’re looking to have the best night go to bedroom nightclub!

The security searched my bag and took my flask I accidentally left in there that was completely empty, after the checked they still took it and I happily complied when they said I can’t take it in and I can get it back Once I left they refused to give it back and was so rude Massive power trip, get security guards with better attitudes and I still want my belonging back

Me and the girlfriend tried to visit the place on a Monday. Wouldn’t let us in. Because I was wearing flip flopsthongs and the girlfriend was wearing sandals. Come on it’s surfers not a temple

Such a horrible experience! Would not recommend anyone to ever come here. I was repeatedly denied entry by one particular security for no apparent reason. He left me stranded on my own while all my other girlfriends paid entry in the club. I was so scared and not one person tried to help me out. You really need all your security to be on the same page and treat everyone equally. I was singled out because I wasn’t white which is disgusting.  All my friends left 10 mins after they got in and were all denied a refund. Don’t even waste your time coming here. This would never happen in Melbourne!

Personally would not go back there. I was in the female bathroom with a bunch of my friends when a male security guard came in and told me I had to leave for no apparent reason. As I was escorted out, I was not allowed to go back to the booth Which was quite expensive to get my belongings which included my phone, bag, ID and jacket. I was kicked out and left on the side of the street without my belongings & they refused to let myself or another security get them. The personal bartender in the booth was not a vibe either. She was rude and we had to request a new one as we felt judged and snobbed off the whole time. After paying for the private booth, half of it was closed off for a higher individual and majority of our tables and space was taken away for someone else, just because she had a higher status. After bringing up the issue with the original bartender, she became quite defensive and rude. I suggest trying somewhere else first. However, besides these things, there was 2 amazing staff members who were great with us the whole night.

The club is only as good as the security. Unfortunately it did not deliver the same result as the first time. If you have a booking before 10pm your will be greeted by finest staff of the bedroom establishment. The entry was quick as we had a booking. The only let down was the smoking/out side area as it was where the waiting line was for the required re-entry back to the club. The security was not as informed as the initial group. Due to the different staff. It let the club reputation down. Because the opposite result. I was waiting in line as a VIP for 30mins before I was able to re-enter. Even with the wrist band$700. The music was a mix of rnb and  bass.
