DO NOT GO I was randomly kicked out of shooters by a fat bald headed man for no reason he claimed that I was kicked out earlier in the night, changed my jeans and came back in laughable. Despite this I came back a week later and went to the bathroom upon entry as a result of the long queue as I exited the bathroom the security were waiting for me and randomly kicked me out once again i subsequently found out that I’m banned for 20 years and my name was defamed for a month on the ID scanner system shown to all over clubs. The manager Alex Webb failed to provide any evidence of any wrongdoing.

Loud music - basically poor radio hits - $15 entry, you are laffin. And to top it off the stamps put ink on white clothes. If your going to the GC I’d recommend drinking in the hotel 😂

Shooters was literally my most fav nightclub in the Gold Coast besides the terrible rude manager that they have and never responding to messages - right until NOW that I write this review. I bought a Groupon in Oct 17 to try their new food/bar section to see what it is like. It was a bad experience and even the bar man was frustrated as he told us he told management there were issues with the new food menu and dishes. This was my review on Groupon:
"I love Shooters nightclub and thought I'd give their new food service a try. Was highly disappointed. Our lamb chops were red and raw and burnt on the outside. The nachos were ok but served on paper that the melted cheese stuck to. The ribs were good but overall the presentation was bad. The bar man was friendly and gave us a free cocktail to apologise. Food are cooked from frozen and auto oven."

See the attached screenshot for the reply to me. In case Google takes it down this is what they said to me: "I don't believe it for a second that you didn't enjoy your meal. You scoffed it down quicker than I've ever seen, complained and than got a free cocktail out of us and free entry to the nightclub. Shame" - Really? This is how you respond to a loyal customer regardless of the terrible food you made them eat? OH and btw the club entry was included in the Groupon, you didn't give it to me Shooters. Well this just shows you what a place this truly is and why you shouldn't bother spending your time or money here. Nice one Shooters. Nice!

This place was quite awesome for a small bar lounge. The music was awesome! And the female bathroom was pretty cool. The booze was good and so were the shots. Its a cool place to check out throughout your travels :)

So disgusted at the treatment I received and the group I was working for  on the night of 30 Sept. 
One patron, whom was drunk and caused dramas was thrown out and arrested which was the right thing to do, but this resulted in the whole community/group been thrown out and displaced onto the street and banned from every club on Orchid Street that night because they're African-Australian. Since when can you kick out just one race based on the actions of one person? Never in my life have I heard of a club being shut down and all people kicked out because a white person got into a fight. That's racial discrimination. 

When I was lining up outside the club to get in, the person who caused the dramas tried to go inside as well, he was already drunk and talking back, had your security been doing their job, they should have denied him access to the venue. Would have been mutually beneficial to the organisers of the event and Shooters nightclub. 

After everyone had been kicked out, I went up to the manager and apologised for what happened, I was sober, but I got shoved in the back by security. I was there as a photographer. I was not a threat, nor was I harassing anyone. If you wanted me out of the door, just ask. No need to use force.

I'm appalled. Yes your security have the right to go to work and be safe but they don't have to treat all patrons as the enemy.
