Staff were very friendly but the food was below average. Thick gluggy batter on the fish and scallops which were tiny, chips were soggy and all very greasy and tasted like it was cooked in old oil. The gravy was great and saved the meal.
Good fish and chips. Excellent value for money, because the portions are huge. However, there's barely any seats for dining in.
Chips nothing special. Squid is something that you can buy in a supermarket but nice, whiting full of bones. Sorry won't be going back.
We bought flake and chips an had two little fillets of flake. It wasn't like flake it was very thin. I would never buy from them again.
