Wow guys! Congratulations on winning your award, a job well done! And it seems like us- people are happy to do a round trip ours was a 3hr round trip in the freezing wind.. of all days!nLine up was out the door today as to be expected. But your staff had handle it extremely well and with a smile I'm sure they'll sleep tonight!nThe mushroom pies were the only ones available, but no complaints. The Pastry was the best we've had! We also bought a sausage roll to share, and we would both agree... that's the best we've had and we've travelled a lot!nI had the pear tart as well, but not my favourite but hey, everyone is different.nWe've also bought home your sourdough white bread which again, top notch.nSo thank you!nn**edit, thank you very much for responding! I love desserts but I’m not a big fan of things that are super sweet. But here, bros n sisters, listen to me, it’s SO FREAKING GOOOOD! The sweetness is perfect. Delicious without being over sweet. I haven’t had a better dessert anywhere in Brisbane. This is the only reason I’m willing to drive my partner to Toowoomba once a month.
Pastry are great, we brought olives sourdough home to try ! I wish to know the ingredients list. Only because it is so yummy and we would like to buy more for our friends had multiple allergies. Price on the higher side. However, we respect the effort!!! if all products with 100% clean/organic ingredients.
Baker’s Duck is my favourite stop whenever I’m in Toowoomba. Their sausage rolls are exceptional—perfectly golden and flaky on the outside, with a rich, well-seasoned filling. You can really taste the quality.nnIt’s a consistently great spot to pause, grab something delicious, and enjoy a good coffee. Always worth the stop.
This bakery came highly recommended by locals, so I stopped in to grab a selection of treats for our staff, and it did not disappoint.nnWhile they don’t offer traditional buns or cakes, their bespoke range of baked treats is clearly where they shine. The shop itself is warm and inviting and would be a great place to dine in with a coffee, but my visit was takeaway.nnThe staff were genuinely friendly and very helpful, assisting me to choose a good variety, cutting everything into share-size pieces, and packaging it beautifully in takeaway carry boxes.nnAlthough a little more expensive than a typical office morning tea, the quality and flavour more than justified it. Every item was a hit… exceeded expectations across the board.nnHighly recommended!
