The customer service was great!nI got their wild berry cheesecake and it tasted so amazing! Would definitely recommend to anyone I know looking to buy a cake here in Toowoomba. So worth it!
My toddler daughter and I went here on the weekend to choose a cake for her and her brothers birthday. We hadn’t put in an order and my daughter was determined to get a pink cake. The lady at the counter was so lovely and offered to make us a custom pink and blue cake to please both my kids. She did a great job and was so fast.
Very Rude staff not cooperative at all. Of course it’s cheesecake shop so cakes are good. But in case u want to change something they will hardly accomodate you or will make stuff so expensive for you that u curse yourself that u came here. I would rather travel farther to Wilsonton to get the cake from there.
It's not the same cake they make as the one I requested. A really awful experience .They don't treat customers well, and they don't even have a grin on their faces. Without a doubt, the cake was delicious
Couldn’t be happier with the cake we had for our wedding day! Was so delicious and even had a little leftover and couldn’t be happier as didn’t want it to finish. The team at cheesecake shop were super helpful with recreating what I was after and how much to order. Would definitely recommend them again.
